What is WordPress?
WordPress is open source software you can use to create a beautiful website, blog or shop. It is also a content management system that allows users without technical knowledge of HTML and CSS to change and create content.
What is WooCommerce?
WooCommerce is an e-commerce plugin that you can add onto WordPress to create an online shopping experience for your customers. The basic plugin is free, but there are many additional plugins that you can purchase to extend the functionality of your online store.
Can I supply my own designs?
If you understand websites and know how to design for them, then yes you can supply designs to us and we will create a website from them. Please supply as Illustrator or Photoshop files.
Can Dizzy help with social media?
We can help you with graphics for Social Media Channels, help setting up a Google Business account or helping you share your blogs to Social Channels. We don’t run campaigns, write blogs or manage channels. If you require help with Facebook business page, you can add us as an administrator so that all the content you need is added.
Can Dizzy help with MailChimp?
Yes, we can help you with templates using the MailChimp system and show you how to add your own content. We will need access to your MailChimp account to do this.
